Tulip Birthday Card

Today I did a simple birthday card.  I used Walk in My Garden for the tulips and bird, Ornamental Iron for the fence, and Gypsy Wanderings for the "Happy Birthday"

It is a little difficult to tell in these pictures but I used some chalk to accent the tulips and the little bird.  This picture shows the difference in the tulips a little better.

As you can see, it made a big difference on how the tulips looked.

Today's card is a quickie!

I used some of my hoarded stash for the paper and card stock.  The musical notes are from the cartridge Rock Princess.  The font is from Billionaire.  The shapes are from Cricut Font and Basic Shapes (free in the Craft Room!).  And, of course, I used stickles!

I also made a matching envelope seal, just because!

My newest card:

I am trying to ease my way back into crafting so I did a rather simple "Hi" card.  I used the Cricut Walk in My Garden cartridge for the bee and Cricut Alphabet for the font.  The supplies are some of my hoarded stash.

The bee and flowers are raised.  The bee's wings have been filled in with yellow stickles.

It may not be my best work but I like it.

I hope to start creating again soon.  It has been a while since I have used this blog and I want to start it up again.

baby shower invitation

My sweet sister-in-law is giving me a new nephew. So I got to make her shower invitations! Love how this turned out. The frog is from Create a Critter.

New creations

A brooch using polymer clay and wire

This bracelet was inspired by a bracelet my MIL made. Each of the 3 faces is different.
