Calling Card #4 for the Stampede

As part of my preparations for the Stampede I have made another design for calling cards. As I understand it they will be used for entry into contests, introductions, information swaps, etc. I thought this design was appropriate due to my blogs title! I made sure to add the circle symbol to the paint can label and gave the paint a "wet" look.

I used pop dots to give it some demension and raise the brush up.

I only made 6 of this design so far but I have a feeling I will make more. Not only can I change them using different colors for the paint but several new ways to update the design are already brewing in the old noggin!

Playing with my Miata

I received my new circle cartridge, Cricut Everyday. I love the phrases but right now it doesn't work right with Design Studio. But it is adorable. This is one of my favorite phrases. I also worked with my Car Decals, Animal Kingdom, and Paper Doll Dress Up to accessorise my new Miata.

This and the girly bug head are from Car Decals.

There is a great story to the web. My car's name is Charlotte. She is a 91 Mazda Miata that has been sitting in a pasture for awhile. She needed transmission work so the mechanic started to work on her when about 30 black widows crawled out of her and he fainted! He refused to go near her again until she was fumigated!

Party Girl card

The Cricut Circle Blog weekly contest is "Whatevah" and the theme for the week is Teens and Tweens. I decided to work with Rock Princess. I can't believe I have had it almost a month now and this is my first time using it.

my first banner

the Cricut Circle Blog contest for this month is Banners. This is the first I have made. It was not as bad as I expected. I think it turned out pretty good. I am going to use it for decoration for the party next weekend. I used Celebrations for the tag shape and the base for the folded pinwheel thingy and Story Book for the letters and green shape behind the letters. I added ribbon, stickle, and crystals.

Mother Nature approved Craft Day!!!

I snowed bunches in North Texas!!!! Last night when I went to bed it has just started snowing.

This morning me and the babies went out to play in the snow. I made a snow angel while they tried to find out why mom was on the ground and see if she needed a good licking!

Misses wasn't sure about the snow at first. Once I got her away from the warm house whe perked up a bit and started to play.

Kisses loves anytime someone will take him outside to play.

Okay, I have had enough. Time to go inside to play!!!

Second calling card design

Okay, this is my second design for a calling card. While I like how it turned out I don't think it will be the one I stick with. I used Platin School Book and Paper Pups.
